This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are sold and processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) as our Merchant of Record, so your payment contract is with Polar and all refunds are issued through Polar, subject to this policy and Polar’s own terms.
Subscription Refunds
- Within 7 days of a new subscription purchase: if you have not made substantial use of the Service, you may request a full refund.
- After 7 days: refunds are evaluated case-by-case and are generally limited to situations where a verified technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service.
- Annual plans: a pro-rated refund may be available within the first 30 days if the Service does not meet your needs.
Credits & Generated Videos
Because video generation consumes computing resources from third-party AI providers, the following applies:
- Failed generations are never charged. Credits are deducted only after a video completes successfully, so a failed generation costs you nothing and requires no refund.
- Completed videos are non-refundable in credits, including where you are dissatisfied with the quality, style, accuracy, or creative result. AI outputs are inherently variable (see our Terms), and the compute was performed. You can edit a scene or regenerate using additional credits.
- Credits have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash, individually or in bulk.
Non-Refundable
- Credits already consumed by successful video generation
- Dissatisfaction with the creative result of an AI-generated video
- Issues caused by third-party providers or social platforms outside our control
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Monthly subscriptions older than 7 days, or annual subscriptions older than 30 days (except verified technical faults)
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback instead of contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
